Newbie Tutorial Request

A simple question, I'm sure, but if no one minds...

I have this line, ripped from Simple:

	Our Price: <B><FONT COLOR="#FF0000">[loop-price]</FONT></B>

However, some items in the database are listed as "Make an offer". What
set of [IF] statements would I use to replace the price with the text
"Make Offer"? (Currently $0.00 gets presented.)

Should I have a separate field like a flag for items that are un-priced?
Or can the Price field be worked on directly when it has text in it?
