Oracle; DBI connect failed

Hi all,
I'm trying to use an Oracle-DB with MiniVend 3.09
and I always get the following message while restarting the server:
Configuring catalog test...test config error: DBI connect failed: ORA-06401:
NETCMN: invalid driver designator (DBD ERROR: OCIServerAttach)
at home/pcuser/mvend/lib/Vend/Data.pm line 419
I'm sure that DBI and DBD for Oracle are installed correctly.
I created a DB named minivend and a table named products.
Via sqlplus I have no problems getting to the DB.
My catalog.cfg entries look like this:
Database products products.asc dbi:Oracle:minvend:ORACLESERVER
Database products USER MY_USER_AT_DB
Database products PASS MY_PASS
Can anyone help???
