The items *are* in pricing.asc - suppose I should have supplied
more detail, sorry.
Extracts from products.asc, pricing.asc and the CommonAdjust directive
are below. Individual product prices break properly - order quan. 12
of bt-002 and it prices at $1 just fine, but order 7 of bt-003
and 8 of bt-004 and they both price at $2 instead of breaking to $1
since the combined quantity is 15, and the break is at 10.
