items get lost

Hi all together.
I'm just having a mysterious problem. every time I do shopping items
disappear. so I put some new ones in my basket and later on, if I take a
view in my basket the old items are back but the new ones are gone. I've
already checked all my [page] tags but couldn't find any error. Maybe one
of you has a solution.
