hi all,

sorry for sending this off topic question to the list. but because minivend
is part of the question i thought it should be ok.

after a long search i descided to write my own billing/shipping software to
make the process following the minivend orders much more easier. has anyone
tried to make a software like this fitting european laws?

i am thinking about perl with curses and dbi/mysql that it is possible to
run the software on text terminals. still looking for a few samples to get
the terminal/databse interface as good as possible. any hints are greatly
appreziated.

also if there is anybody out there who has the same problem to find a good
billing/accounting software for europe running on unix/linux boxes and has
the same thought about writing this by its own maybe working together would
be a good idea.

there is no commercial idea behind it. i need the software for my own
companies and when it is (mostly) done i will choose a public licence for
it.
