On-screen receipt will not display. cont. to display failure page?

I have a problem. After configuring minivend to e-mail
me a receipt of order placed I am now unable to see the 
On-screen receipt. It will not display. Know matter what
I do it continues to display the failure page? 

Any suggestions...
