Would it be possible to for Minivend users around the country (world) to
submit the tax info from their region into a common pool? Though it might
not be definitive, but it would be be helpful. I'm not sure how this could
be managed. This information probably doesn't change very often, but
because the changes don't follow any regular schedule or pattern they are
hard to track.
