Minivend 3.12beta9...

Hi gang,
I have to say that 3.12beta9 seems to be a vast improvement (as far as
install goes) over even 3.12beta6. A friend of mine asked me to help him
install it so I downloaded it to my little 68040 based Macintosh
Quadra610 running NetBSD 1.3.3. After a little perl frustration getting
the CPAN stuff working (I just went and downloaded the modules by hand
for my actual project) to my liking, I ran the configure script. Lo and
behold a few (ok more than a few, the netBSD box is only a 25MHz machine)
minutes the configure script was done and testing the URL for the actual
store part worked great, unlike my previous experience installing, this
was great...So Mike, I dunno if I did something different, or if you made
some changes to the configure script, but beta9 installation was a piece
o cake (other than mv_admin doesn't work, but I don't particularly care
about that right now)
