This is up to Apache. Normally, when the secure and insecure server
are on the same machine they use the same docroot and scriptalias
for both http and https. See below

Since your secure server is using a different Docroot it almost certainly
has a different ScriptAlias too. Have your ISP point *both* DocumentRoot
and ScriptAlias on the secure server to the same directories used by
the insecure server.
That should fix it for you.
