Checkout (enter_cc) on SSL not working

Ignorance is not bliss. This problem seems that it should be easy, but it isn't (for me)

I have a Minivend catalog working well, all on an unsecure server. Vend URL is the same as below. In this working catalog, SecureURL and AlwaysSecure are left blank.

I now have a secure server and a certificate. I have changed catalog.cfg to what you see below. Whenever I use my "payment" page and select "order by credit card" (which calls "enter_cc") I get the error message:

File Not found
The requested URL /cgi-bin/hh76/process was not found on this server.

The URL it is looking for is: https://www.heritagehouse76.com/cgi-bin/hh76/process?LJR6fKkq;;11

And, in error.log I get:

Thu Mar 4 11:23:54 EST 1999
Safe: Unable to create sub named "*Safe::Root1::gt" at (eval 11) line 1.


I have not changed minivend.cfg.

I have not added any scriptaliases to the setup file of ApacheSSL (my provider says that they will be glad to do it for me).

Outside of Minivend, I can access html pages on the secure server and vice versa easily. It's only when Minivend is used that I have this problem.

First, one generic question: Are any files (enter_cc) actually kept on the secure server, or does Minivend simply serve ones located on the unsecure server from the secure server?

Using a secure server on the same machine with a certificate has to be VERY common to Minivend users. Does anyone have specific recommendations to make this work (i.e. if I need script aliases, how would they read?) I have to admit to being a determined novice to minivend, and fairly ignorant of the needs of my server to make it understand what I want.
