The current catalog I am setting up requires anyone to the right of
Mississippi to be charge 10% of the gross total, BUT must be at least a min
of $5.00 ($5.00 min for shipping). Shipped UPS Ground..

To those left of Mississippi they are to be charged 15% of the gross But
must be a min of $5.00. Shipped UPS Ground..

if the customer is from Alaska or Hawaii, the items are shipped UPS 2 Day
air (blue?), 30% of the gross is charged but must be a min of $10.00.

Any ideas on accomplishing this?
