MV: Inet mode
****** message to minivend-users from Aaron Rubin <brubin@idt.net> ******
Hello,
When I run Mvend in Inet-mode and try to access the program normally
(http://myserver.com/prog.cgi) the server responds with:
"We're sorry, the MiniVend server is unavailable...
We are out of service or may be experiencing high system demand, please try
again soon. "
I can access it correctly through the port
(http://server.provider.com:7787/prog.cgi).
It also runs Okay in Unix mode, but the secure server is on a physically
seperate machine (just a pointer to my server over a LAN actually) and it
obviously won't run in Unix mode. Anyone have any idea, I'm pretty well
stuck...
(P.S. I'm working on a remote Apache server which runs FreeBSD and uses
Perl 5.00404)
Thanks for any help you can offer.
