RESULTS - DOCUMENTATION SURVEY

Well, at almost 50 people responded to the survey (more keep coming, don't
stop, I'll add yours in). I think it shows that Minivenders are a varied
bunch, split pretty evenly in experience level. General conclusions? Most
people seem to favor the frames based version of the current documentation,
but a lot use non frames. Also, enough people use a printout that it seems
like a PDF version that creates a nice printed version makes sense.
As for desired documentation, Documented Example Catalogs rated the highest
across the board. This was a little bit of a surprise, but it makes sense.
It sounds like we should create a a few different types of catalogs, beyond
the Art Store, so people can start with a documented template closer to what
they want to create.
The other responses as to what documentation people want were fairly
predictable. Experienced users considered an Advanced Users Guide and the
Tag Reference as most helpful. Beginners were more interested in an
Installation How To Guide and a Beginners Guide.
