Cybercash won't allow "Call Us"

I have minivend version 3.12beta6 working with CyberCash and
I tried to just have the "I will call with payment information"
radio button checked and it gives the following error:

Cybercash error: CR message: MerchantAuth: Missing or empty mandatory
field 'card-number' 

If I remove the Cybercash [if] line from:
[set [L]Place Order![/L]]
mv_todo=submit
[if config CyberCash]mv_cyber_mode=__CYBER_MODE__
[/if]
[/set]

It will give a "Call Us" but of course Cybercash doesn't work
anymore.

I wanted to set mv_cyber_mode to "No Mode" or something of the
type in the checkout_profile but that doesn't work either.

I added 
[if !value fax_order]
[if config CyberCash]mv_cyber_mode=__CYBER_MODE__
[/if]
[/if]

Which sort of worked except if you change the radio button from
credit_card to fax_order?

I am not sure how to Un-Set mv_cyber_mode if it gets set?

Any ideas or others experiencing the same?
