I took the decrement out of the demo as it was causing problems
for some people when they removed the inventory table. The docs should
tell how to do it, but 

    [data   table=inventory
            column=qty
            row="[item-code]"
            value="-[item-quantity]"
            increment=1
    ]

Ah yes, the docs are a bit deficient -- no surprise there. 8-)
In any case, this does an atomic increment of the value.
