Another point on SSL - do people in Europe normally use
40 bit or 128 bit?
The reason I ask is not that it's difficult to get
the server side sorted for 128 bit, but browsers outside of
the US only have 40 bit encryption as standard. Unless
you assume that *all* of your customers are going to go
to the trouble of increasing the encryption level, then many
of them will not be able to use 128 bit SSL.
Or does 128 bit SSL fall back to 40 bit if that's all that the
browser can handle?
