For example...

ISP A = without minivend with URL = "www.domain-A.com"
ISP B = with minivend with URL = "www.domain-B.com"
minivend SampleURL = www.domain-B.com/myshop/simple or
www.domain-B.com/myshop/simple.cgi or in WIN-Box
www.domain-B.com/myshop/simple.exe (see your minivend-setting)

At ISP A, there is a startpage to the shop with a link!
If the shop is to show on automatic, you must set a META-Tag like

   <META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="1;
URL=http://www.domain-B.com/myshop/simple.cgi/catalog.html">

(...CONTENT="Number of second; URL="your URL..."..)
