Still Lost on mv_admin

ok, the demo catalog works, but I still ahve no luck getting 

http://store.domain.com:7786/mv_admin to work

all it returns is "Document contains no data"

I don't see any errors in the error.log file, eother than it can't start 
INET mode with these errors
