Re: Setting up Minivend on RHL 5.2 w/ Perl 5.005_02--HELP!!!!!!
****** message to minivend-users from "Rob Zimmerman" <rob@readysite.net> ******
Greg....
Dont give up :-) Have you checked the minivend.cfg file and see if the alias
/cgi-store is properly set up there? When you started the server did it
configure the catalog ok? Ususally there is an output that says something
like: configuring simple.........done
Wait a minute....looking at your scriptalias in your virtual file:
ScriptAlias /cgi-store/ /www/cgis/store.domain.com
here is how an example on one of my set ups:
ScriptAlias /cgi-ps/ /usr/local/apache/share/sites/puzzlemaps.com/cgi-ps/
As you probably know, if you have a trailing / it has to be on both. Also, this
is the directory where the Vlink resides, it will be whatever you named it. If
you installed the demo simple and called it simple, that is what should be in
there.
Rob
ps, for those curious, my project is at index2.shtml :-/
