I have converted the minivend.html to a PDF file so as to print
it out. Your addtion of the <!---- index stuff----> in the minivend.html
document makes for a great TOC (table of contents) for the PDF. Someone
on this list pointed me to http://www.easysw.com/~mike/htmldoc/ for
thesoftware to do this.
My problem is that the conversion software is limited to the number of TOC
entrys part of it does not convert right. In the html, all the
info contained in the <pre> tag will run off the right margin pretty much making
it useless. I have tried converting all the tags to others but you loose the
intent of your original layout.
Other than that this would print out as a great starter and the TOC is very handy.
What I have done, is when working on certain areas, say SHIPPING I would print
out that whole section, read and study that.
My 2 cents worth.
