Mike,
 
	I would be the first to place an order for such a product. IMHO the
manual is very well done. The only thing missing are more examples and
sample uses of the tags. These really help out us beginners.
	
	I would also, volunteer to help in its creation. Doing  page layout,
typesetting, and other prepress work.
