I thought it would be used as a statistical poll for Internet Robotics,
i.e. Mike Heins, to gather information about who is using MV, where
it stands and where it is headed to go. May be I am wrong in that too.

I assumed comments would go to the attention of Mike Heins only, as
the option to rate at cgi-resources is an additional option, independent
from the rating on the minivend.com site. 

On the other hand, the way the "Rate Us" page is set, shows also some
courouge, as it doesn't suppress any criticism into a black whole, 
which only Mike Heins could read and use. That might be more important.

Anyhow it has statistical meaning only if data are gathered over a long
time period and might not be worth thinking about any further.
