A simple stupid problem with Blat :-)

Hi all!
I'm a newbie to Minivend, and I'm having a "stupid problem" : I can't
have it run with "blat" !!
I have an NT 4.0 + SP4 + NT Option Pach machine, with ActivePerl
build 507
I have installed the minivend 3.11 demo and blat program (blat
works from NT consolle shell), all is running well, but when I try to
send an e-mail message, setting the mail program variable as
SendMailProgram blat
it won't work.
It seems to be a very stupid question, but I'm not a perl
programmer, so I can't find the starting point to correct it!!
