Um....what index.html page?
if you can give us the source, it might help.
Also, you say you're getting errors, but don't give any specific error
messages.

without the slightest clue as to what's going on.  If you can't take the
time to give us some information about the problem, it's probably not
important enough to you to get it fixed.
