If you're using MSAccess's Jet database in a multi-user environment, avoid
MEMO fields like the plague.  They're the most likely to go corrupt of any
field. (last week, I got to spend two fun filled days recovering a small
(2k records) database, that had 6 memo fields go out to lunch on 'em.)

Also, make sure that any people using MSAccess have the Jet database
update, I think it's 3.51

dbf = DBase, I think.
