3.12 Problems UPS Perl Module

Hello everyone..

I am trying to learn the 3.12. It all seems to work well
for me except the UPS Tracking. here is what I get:

UserTag 'ups_query' code is not a subroutine reference
In line 67 of the configuration file 'minivend.cfg':
UserTag  ups-query  Routine <<EOR

It says the problem is in the minivend.cfg file but it is
actually in the flycat.cfg where it is referencing the 
Business::UPS Perl Module.

So I installed it thus:

/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/auto/Business/UPS/autosplit.ix
(unchanged)

/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-freebsd/auto/Business/UPS/.packlist
Appending installation info to
/usr/libdata/perl/5.00502/mach/perllocal.pod

I look to see if it is there:

ISBN.pm UPC.pm  UPS.pm

Looks ok to me. Permissions are OK. I already had it 
installed anyway.

And Restarted again, only to get the same problem. Anyone
have any experience with this?
