Find the process that's taking up that port, and kill it.  If it's someone
else already running minivend, change the port you're using, so you don't
conflict.  

If you're the system administrator, and you know there shouldn't be any
other occurances of minivend running, and you can't find what's tying up
the port, you might try rebooting the machine.  (as a last ditch effort)
