Problem with WIN-NT and IIS!

Dear All,
my ISP has WIN-NT 4 and IIS4!
I use the nobasket.html. In FreeBSD-Box and WIN95 with PSW, it moved
successfull! But in WIN-NT and IIS, it try to moved without success. I
see the nobasket.html and minivend try to move a page permanent!
Is this code wrong?

Other question:
Is it normal, if the WIN-NT-CPU is rising up above 90% for 2-3 second
(only one visitor)?
(I have set the mv_max_match to 10 items! )
