Lost searchspec at first resultpage only!

Dear all,
i have a returnlink in the basketpage, if someone has ordered an item
from resultpage!
I get error-message, if someone ordered an item at the first resultpage
(i.e. 1-10 of 100 items) and click the returnlink at the basketpage!
The errormessage tell me, the searchspec is ' '!
But from 2nd and more resultpage, there is no error to return to
resultpage (return to 2nd or more resultpage)!
Why is searchspec always empty?
I get the error by using the simple scan-TAG " scan/mp=0/se=ANYFIELD
"!
Please help me!
