i see this message in the error.log

Can someone explain me, what this message mean?
I use Mvend 3.11, WIN98, PSW, ActivePerl509!
I know, it is better with FreeBSD-Box, but my ISP has a WIN-NT-BOX and
some problems with minivend.
Also i fetch this part for WIN and try it!
