I just installed minivend and a simple catalog.  Two problems:

1.)  When I connecto mv_admin with the correct port, it just says document
contains no data.

2.)  when I try to use the simple catalog, the first page comes up, but when
I click on Americana for instance, it sits for awhile and then comes back
and says it can't contact the minivend server.  I checked and the server is
running.
