Mvend: Please! (seperate secure server)

I have minivend up and running fine non-secure on my ISP's machine
(www.mycompany.com/mvend.cgi), even when running exclusively in inet mode,
but when I try to access it on the secure server
(secure.isp.com/mycompany/mvend.cgi) I get:

We're sorry, the MiniVend server is unavailable...

We are out of service or may be experiencing high system demand, please try
again soon. 

The secure server is a physical seperate machine, and simply points to my
files (on a different machine) over their local network.   

Note: When configuring I get:

/usr/include/arpa/inet.h:51 Warning paramater has incomplete type
/usr/include/arpa/inet.h:52 Warning paramater has incomplete type
/usr/include/arpa/inet.h:53 Warning paramater has incomplete type

Anybody have any ideas? Don't know where to go from here.
