  Well let's see. Did we do a complete install of RH or pieces? I
presently have 3.11 on two RH machines and 3.12 Beta on a third and all
went in without a hitch. Did you look to verify these files exist on
your machine? I just checked mine and they are there. If you would like
I can send them to you but most likely you are missing a package or two
and should start by checking your RH install. In any case it is not MV
it is RH causing your problems so look there.
