[userdb save]

The [userdb save] tag is not working for me in 3.12. I get the following
error in the error.log whenever I try to execute it.
toys /cgi-bin/toys/process Undefined perl sub userdb
I could save individual shipping addresses with nicknames, but I still lose
the email address, evening phone, etc.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
