Image as a Button?

I wish to use an image as a button in the basketpage.
I have try this:

I get the same basketpage always. By trial an error experiment (change
and test any name "mv_todo.submit", "mv_todo.checkout" or another
setting in the SET-TAG), i get two result. This is like refreshing the
basketpage or the checkoutprocess is done and i get the receiptpage
suddenly.
Other case with this problem is, the mouse show me "mv_click" and not
"Check out"!

I have try to understand, what Mike Heins in his email (Re: Graphic
Submit Buttons, Date: Mon. 21 Sep 1998) mean. 
I have try to use the solution from Mike Heins.

My shop is ready at circa ~95%! Only the imagebuttons is missing!
What is wrong?

ich versuche im basketpage mehrere Graphik als Buttons zu benutzen. Das

Leider bekomme ich immer dieselbe basketpage zu sehen. Egal was ich
probierte (&#196;nderung in name=.... oder im SET-TAG). Entweder kommt
basketpage oder ein Bestellprozess geht los und die receiptpage ist auf
einmal zu sehen. Auch sieht man "mv_click" statt "Kasse", wenn die Maus
&#252;ber den Button steht.

Ich habe versucht, den email von Mike Heins (Re: Graphic Submit Buttons,
Date: Mon. 21 Sep 1998) zu verstehen und auch richtig anzuwenden.

Mein Shop ist zu circa 95% fertig. Es fehlt nur noch die Graphik als
buttons!

Kann hier jemand mir helfen?
Ich w&#252;rde mich sehr dar&#252;ber freuen.
