Netscape 4.5 security message

Has anyone seen this before? It happens right after my CC processing.
I'm using a third-party POST submission with success/fail URLs. Browser
submits to the CC company and changes back to Minivend URL, but before
the page is displayed I get a message saying "Warning! Your connection
has been redirected to a different site. You may not be connected to
the site that you originally tried to reach." Which is, of course,
true. But I have never seen this message before. Only options are
Continue or Cancel. And no checkbox to turn it off. I've done lots of
redirecting stuff but I've never seen this. Has anyone else run into
it?
