Email receipt or autorepsond at checkout

	Does anyone have any type of automatic email confirmation running?   I'd
like to have the receipt emailed to the customer.
	I can't just add them to the ORDERS_TO, as I don't want them to receive
some certain information (comments, referer, etc.)
