mv_admin, where's the documentation for it?

I have mv version 3.11 running on redhat 5.0 with apache 1.2.6

in httpd.conf file I have Listen <ip address>:7786
I restarted web server, started up minivend with
$MINIVENDDIR/mvend/bin/start, then tried to http to
http://<ip address>:7786/mv_admin, and, of course, got a file not found.

What is the deal with that?  if the minivend server is running, and I
try to start up apache with the listen 7786 line, of course, it can't
bind to that port because minivend is listening there... so do I need to
set up a virtual host directive to point port 7786 requests to another
directory or what?

Please advise...
