Server reboot: Why so often?

We have a Minivend running for a client on their server, an IRIX from Silicon
Graphics.  We have had to reboot it eight times since the shopping cart was
first set-up this summer.  It's of course very easy to reboot....I was just
wondering why it is down so often.
