mv_admin?

Dear Reader,

i have try with mv_admin and i have read the thread in the mailinglist
here, but i can&#180;t use mv_admin.
I use FreeBSD 3 and Apache! 
First:
with http://www.localhost.local:7786/mv_admin, i get the message
"Document contains no data!"
Second:
I have set MasterHost to 127.0.0.1 and TcpPort to 7786, i get the same
message.
(But is TcpPort set like TcpPort 7786 mv_admin, i get the message "The
TcpPort directive (now set to '7786 mv_admin') must be an integer")

I have done makecat and have restart the shop, but i&#180;m not able to admin
the shop via http!

Can someone explain me, step by step, how to config it? (Which
cfg-files? Which setting?)
