Setup Issues...

Hi All,
    I have never seen this one before... The setup seems to go through flawlessly,
however, when I go to access the catalog directly (via the cgi) all that I get is this:
    ELF

 &#248;      %`&#255;&#240;R

Any ideas?  This is really throwing me for a loop as I had it running on this machine
before, but the setup got messed up, so I decided to reinstall it... Running IRIX, MV
3.11, PERL 5.004_01.

    Any ideas would really be appreciated! :-)
