Minivend Slows down over time then dies

Hi All
Recently our Minivend server has been performing like a real pig.
The system will run smooth for a 1-2 days after a restart.

But gradually it gets slower and slower until it dies and then needs to be
restarted.
Then off she goes, screaming along again, then does it all over again 5 or
6 days later

Any suggestions on where i should be looking to rectify this problem.

Running RHL 4.2 
Perl 5004 patch 4
MV 3.09
