UPS lookup problem!

I have followed your instructions to the T, used the documentation, and
tried everything I can think of, but I cannot get UPS lookup to work. I keep
getting a response from the shipping error that
geo code 721. Mode upsg not found, quantity '1', returning '0'.
Here's what I added to the catalog config:
Database Ground ground.csv CSV
This database is in the directory with all the others products, etc. And is
in the CSV format provided by UPS.
The zone file is located in the same directory, and is in the CSV format as
provided by UPS. and path is specified aboslute in the catalog config as
UpsZoneFile
/home/rivcity/public_html/catalogs/products/products/zone.csv
In my shipping.asc
upsg UPS Ground weight 1 150 u Ground [default zip 721]
I still get the error, no matter what I try!
Please HELP!
