Newbie problems

I know this is probably something simple that I can't see for the trees,
but I've just installed minivend on an ISP(ADT) and I'm getting the
following error:
Runtime error: REQUEST_METHOD is not defined at
/home/patrick2/mvend/bin/minivend line 2129.
This is my first experience with minivend and I'm clawing my way up the
learning curve.
