You only need the filename there as a placeholder. The file does
not need to exist and if it does exist it does not need any entries.

MV_table_name optional_flat_file DSN, same as in DBI->connect()
Your "talktominivend" is the name of the database containing the MV tables.

You can build your mysql table from data in the flat file. I see this
as a good way to shoot yourself but others find it useful. Set
NoImport products any_other_dbi_tables
to protect yourself from this possibly surprising feature.
