DBI Perl error: fixed!

I'd like to report that my mysterious Minivend failure when using DBI
turned out not to be
a minivend problem at all, but a bad DBI/DBD installation on my part. I
was sure we were using DBI successfully elsewhere, and we were, just not
on THAT machine. :)
 So it's working now: Minivend + DBI + DBD::Pg + Postgres + Cybercash + FreeBSD.
