  Ok just some quick thoughts since I am using include successfully :)
Include as I gather is relevant to catalogname directory so your
pages/nameoffile should be proper. My thinking would be include page if
trying to incorporate html. I include txt files and put the HTML
formatting on the page itself. Nothing concrete here but this stuff is
in the docs. That's where I got my info from after a list member had
pointed out I missed it in the docs. My recommendation: Print the docs
and punch it with holes and a 3 ring binder. Has worked wonders for me
for easy reference while working onscreen. 200 pages roughly.
