Documentation on the LOGIN/USERDB

I'm trying to setup Minivend so that a person must login through an
established account and I've looked over the login.html page that is
from simple, but I do not have a clear picture of how Minivend counld
handle this.  I've scanned the URL
http://www.minivend.com/minivend/minivend.html and the FAQ, and came up
blank.

Can someone point me the right direction?
