Emergency Please HELP!

I am running Minivend 3.08, and it was working perfectly until last night.
My webhost provider was using perl 5.004.02, and I think they upgraded to
perl 5.004.04, now it won't start, and I even tried Minivend 3.11 and the
install is giving the same problem, here is the error I get:
