Foundation should run just fine on it.  I recommend installing 
interchange and perl-Bundle-Interchange-KitchenSink as well as the DBI 
packages for you db and any additional perl modules that your install needs.

The package also has systemd multi-instance support which means that you 
can run multiple copies of the IC server with different configs without 
having to install multiple separate copies of IC itself.  I find this to 
be very useful for development.
